The vision for FSSI since it inception in 1995, has
been to consistently maintain the ability to understand
and respond to rapid change. Always, our empowered employees
and process owners have responded favorably as the client's
ever evolving requirements and shifts. This is a trend
that is continuous. Today, more than ever, FSSI's increasingly
diverse workforce meets our ongoing challenges.
As our national profile of women and minorities continue
to increase in the work force, FSSI will continue to
respond. Our goal for the future is be aggressive and
unyielding in identifying and implementing strategies
for attracting, retaining and developing the finest
and the brightest from a diverse pool of prospective
employees. It is our mission to build a work environment
that completely utilizes the talents, ideas and capabilities
